About Us:
Bouquets by Lee has been established over 20 years and our experienced floral designers are ready to create that something special just for you; BBL are the initials of Bouquets by Lee and easier to spell. BBL specialises in truly original floral creations and events.

Placing an Order:
Placing an order is very easy. Simply browse the BBL Gallery, Gifts or Order On-Line sections on this web site and then click on the items and price level that you require. After you have made your selection simply follow the instructions to complete your order. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo & American Express; payment is safe & secure.

Delivery Charges:
A delivery charge of £5.99 will be added to orders delivered within the UK and Ireland. Deliveries outside the UK and Ireland will attract a delivery charge of £7.99. Payment of an extra £3 (UK only) will guarantee AM or PM delivery (after or before 1.00pm), however this is not available for “Peak” periods such as Christmas, Valentines and Mothers Day. Also see Delivery Date. The price of each floral product shown on our web site includes gift wrapping, VAT @ 15.0%, delivery charge £6.99 which includes a service and transmission charge of £1.00.

EXPRESS 3 hour Delivery Service:
A 3 hour delivery same day service is available at £11.99. If you need this service please telephone BBL design direct on 020 8393622 for immediate action.

Delivery Date:
We will deliver on the day you want, Monday – Saturday.
We will deliver within the same day for orders received by 1.00pm.
Orders with an a.m. guaranteed delivery and surcharge paid must be received the day prior.
Orders for delivery outside the UK may take a little longer depending on local time differences and bank holidays.

Deliveries on Sundays and Bank holidays are not usually possible.

We will always try to meet any special delivery requirements but obviously cannot guarantee to meet them every time.

Back Orders:
In the very unlikely event that a delivery has not been possible, we will contact you explaining the reasons why and agreeing alternative arrangements with you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Value Added Tax:
All prices shown include VAT at the legal set rate ---- currently 15.0%. (our VAT no. is 391 629 820)

The Bouquets by Lee Promise:
We guarantee to fulfil your order to the best of our ability, however if you are not satisfied with our service or product quality please let us know immediately with the details of your complaint and we will agree a solution with you. Should you be unhappy with the service or the quality of our products when you place an order with us we will redo and replace your order free of charge. If you are still not satisfied we will give you a full refund.
